Curious about ordering a custom piece? Here’s how it works, what to expect, and estimated pricing for each type of project.
Contact me: Tell me what you have in mind.
Design & Quote: I’ll help you choose the size, style, and give you a price estimate.
Booking your slot: I’ll add you to my work schedule once the deposit is paid. For bigger orders, payment can be divided – one half beforehand, and one half upon finishing.
Progress updates & completion: I’ll send photos during the process and once your piece is completed.
Shipping & delivery: After the final payment, your piece will be shipped safely to you.
Yes! I offer worldwide shipping. You can choose between express couriers like FedEx, UPS or DPD, or a more budget-friendly option – international airmail. Please keep in mind that standard shipping may take 2–4 weeks depending on the destination.
It depends – a single miniature takes less time than a dozen, and an art doll or painted jacket usually takes longer. It also depends on how many orders are already in the queue.
Rough timeframes (excluding shipping):
– Miniature: a few days
– Detailed sculpture: 2–3 weeks
– Painted jacket: around a week (plus time to find the right jacket size, if needed)
– Art doll: 1–3 months
– Mini painting/illustration: 2–3 days
You’ll get a more accurate estimate once we’ve discussed the details and I know when I’ll be able to start your piece.
Yes – but only if my schedule allows. If I believe I can complete your piece by your deadline, I’ll do my best to make it happen.
Please remember that shipping time is out of my control, especially during holidays.
Rush orders cost +50% of the base price.
I open commissions irregularly and slots may be limited. Feel free to reach out and ask about current availability.
But if there’s no info stating otherwise, they’re probably open.
Absolutely – I love working with custom ideas and fanart!
I don’t accept NSFW, gore, or inappropriate themes. My main focus is animals and fantasy creatures – humanoid characters are not my strongest side.
If you want a specific image painted on your jacket, make sure you have the rights to use it (for example, that the original artist gave permission for such use)
My figurines are made of Super Sculpey polymer clay and painted with acrylic paints. For fragile parts I sometimes use resin casting or 3D printing.
Painted jackets are made using professional fabric paints, safe for washing.
I accept payments via PayPal, Wise, Revolut, and SEPA bank transfers (for EU customers).
You can also place an order through my Etsy shop.
Yes, if I haven’t started yet or purchased materials specifically for your piece, you’ll receive a full refund.
Once I begin working, refunds are no longer possible.
If it’s a ready-made piece, yes – you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s in the same condition.
Custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Since every piece is different, I can’t give an exact quote for each type, without discussing the details with you first. But to let you know what to expect, here are rough estimates for the starting prices.
