These Terms and Conditions apply to all custom orders placed via this website, my Etsy shop, or through direct contact (email, social media). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms.

1. Nature of the work

All of my creations are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and made to order unless stated otherwise. Slight differences, imperfections, and variation in color or texture are a natural part of the handmade process.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including but not limited to: unrealistic expectations, lack of necessary references, or subject matter I’m not comfortable with.

2. What I will and won’t create

I specialize in animals, fantasy creatures, and wearable/custom art. My skills with humanoid characters are limited, so I may decline such orders.

I do not accept commissions that include:

  • NSFW or adult content
  • Gore or graphic violence
  • Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content

Please do not send designs you do not own or do not have permission to use. If you want a custom design based on an existing illustration (such as fanart), make sure you have the right to reproduce it.

3. Payment and cancellations

Prices listed are estimates only. Final price depends on the complexity, size, and materials used for your specific piece. I’ll provide a more precise quote after discussing the details.

For custom work, I usually require 50% upfront payment to book a slot. The remaining amount is due before shipping.

If you cancel before I’ve started, you’ll receive a full refund.
If I’ve already started the work, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Production time & delays

Turnaround time depends on the type and number of items ordered, and my current workload. You’ll receive an estimated time before the project starts.

Delays may occur due to illness, supply issues, or personal circumstances. If that happens, I will notify you as soon as possible.
Rush orders (completion before others in queue) are possible at an additional +50% fee of the base price. Please note that I may not always be able to accept them.

5. Shipping

I ship worldwide using tracked shipping services. You may choose between standard international airmail (budget option, 2–4 weeks) or courier (faster but more expensive).

I’m not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, or damage caused during transit, although I always pack items with care. If you’re worried, let me know and we can discuss insured or extra-safe packaging.

6. Returns and refunds

  • Pre-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged due to my error.

7. Usage rights & promotion

Unless we agree otherwise, I reserve the right to share images of commissioned work on my website, social media, or portfolio.
If you’d prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know before I begin.
